Eloise Lepesqueur is Chief People Officer at Optimal. Being people-focused delivers results, an ethos developed from over 20 years of experience managing complex project teams to successfully navigate change and achieve maximum performance. In addition to overseeing company culture and building and inspiring the best teams across all disciplines, she is also responsible for operations within the politics and public affairs division. Eloise ensures that strategic investments continue to be made in the human side of human resources. From expanded benefits to professional growth and development in the ever-evolving digital advertising technology industry to operationalizing Optimal’s diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives, she is always looking to continually improve the employee experience. Earlier in her career, Eloise worked at the Women’s Caucus of Maryland and the Center for Policy Alternatives, engaging state legislators and activists across the country. She previously managed enterprise-scale projects with CSRA, Inc. (now General Dynamics) and Morgan Franklin Corporation. A graduate of the University of Maryland and certified Project Management Professional, she lives in the nation’s capital. In her free time, she takes care of her rescue cats, raises money for Alzheimer’s research, and enjoys hikes with her husband and their dog.
