Jacobi Crisler, Strategic Visionary
Since October 2019, Senior Director Jacobi Crisler has been an indispensable part of our leadership team, spearheading client services and project management. Under her visionary leadership, some of our largest, longest-standing clients have achieved remarkable growth. Her strategic approach has not only expanded our footprint across new retail channels, but has made 2023 a standout year for her division. We are truly grateful for Jacobi's expertise and leadership, which have made a huge impact and been instrumental in steering our business to new heights.
Zach Adams, Impactful Expert
Based in Houston, Account Director Zach Adams joined Optimal from DSPolitical in early 2022. Since then, Zach has made a major impact as a key leader on our client services team. He has demonstrated exceptional leadership, taking ownership of his accounts and pushing boundaries to go above and beyond for his clients. Zach's adept management skills shine through as he expertly navigates the complexities and nuances of large public affairs campaigns. The fruits of his hard work are evident; his clients often expand their engagements with Optimal as a result of Zach's dedication and innovative approach.
Erin McCauley, Optimal Onboarding Extraordinaire
Since joining Optimal in August 2019, Senior Digital Media Strategist and Optimal Impact Award winner Erin McCauley has been a driving force behind some of our highest growth and largest direct-to-consumer accounts. Her transition to the onboarding team in 2022 resulted in an instant elevation in our capabilities, quality, and consistency. In 2023, Erin took on the monumental task of onboarding one of our largest client accounts, making the process seamless with her skillful expertise. Erin's dedication and multifaceted skill set make her an invaluable asset to our team.
