Lou Paik is President of the Consumer Marketing practice at Optimal where he oversees the strategy, operations, and growth of the company’s award-winning work on behalf of leading consumer brands and products. Prior to co-founding Optimad Media (now part of Optimal), Lou was an early advocate for marketing and advertising technology at companies like Unilever and Danone where he led marketing strategy for various CPG brands as a Brand Manager and Shopper Marketer. A digital marketing innovator with more than two decades of experience, Lou has worked across multiple industries and disciplines including consumer packaged goods, film and entertainment, healthcare, management consulting, and marketing strategy. Outside of Optimal, Lou is a Tony Award-winning producer, avid horticulturist, and world traveler. He is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University, The Johns Hopkins School of Public Health, and the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.
